Employee Recruiter and experience Specialist
- Managing and leading recruitment processes - building job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes ,conduct first-level screening calls and engage with candidates to determine suitability of candidate and coordinating interviews
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Managing contact with recruitment companies
- Initiation and execution of an annual welfare plan and welfare activities for employees
- Locating and managing relationships with suppliers in the fields of welfare and benefits for employees and their families
Requirements
Responsibilities and duties:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences/psychology - mandatory
- Relevant master's degree - an advantage
- At least one year of experience in a recruitment position – mandatory
- English at a high level - mandatory (mother tongue is a significant advantage)
- Experience with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong execution capabilities, highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented
