Employee Recruiter and experience Specialist 


  •  Managing and leading recruitment processes - building job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes ,conduct first-level screening calls and engage with candidates to determine suitability of candidate and coordinating interviews
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies
  • Managing contact with recruitment companies
  • Initiation and execution of an annual welfare plan and welfare activities for employees
  • Locating and managing relationships with suppliers in the fields of welfare and benefits for employees and their families



Responsibilities and duties:


  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences/psychology - mandatory
  • Relevant master's degree - an advantage
  • At least one year of experience in a recruitment position – mandatory
  • English at a high level - mandatory (mother tongue is a significant advantage)
  • Experience with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong execution capabilities, highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented
