Accounting Assistant | Nofar Energy Israel

We are looking for a talented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team and manage the company's operations in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting records and ensure integrity of financial reporting
• Manage and monitor ongoing budgets for projects and business units
• Analyze general ledger accounts
• Analyze performance versus budget, identify variances, and propose solutions
• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial reports, including tax reports
• Conduct analytical analyses and support business decision-making
• Interface with all company departments

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree with specialization in Accounting
• Proficiency in Office applications and excellent Excel skills
• Willingness to work hard under tight deadlines

Strong Advantage:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Experience in accounting operations
