Identify new opportunities, establish partnerships with local customers and stakeholders, lead significant transactions in the energy market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with developers, local authorities, kibbutzim, moshavim, and landowners
Identify and initiate new business opportunities in the Israeli market (PV, storage,agro-pv, etc.)
Lead commercial negotiations and execute agreements with local stakeholders
Analyze transactions, build financial models, and evaluate project feasibility
Monitor regulation, tenders, and opportunities from government/Israel Electric Corporation
Collaborate with internal teams: engineering, planning, legal, and finance
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in business development in the energy sector
Proven ability to manage negotiations and lead end-to-end processes
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and with deep understanding of the local market
Strong financial modeling and analysis skills – an advantage
