About the Role
Nofar Energy Israel, a leading renewable energy developer, is looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Asset Management Team Lead. In this pivotal leadership role, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the performance of our renewable energy assets. You will lead a professional team and manage complex relationships with strategic partners, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partnership Managers, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
- Asset Performance: Overlook the operational, financial, and contractual performance of the company’s asset portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, developers, vendors, and financing entities.
- Monitoring & Control: Track KPIs related to system availability, energy output, budget adherence, and SLAs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational and financial reports to identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with O&M (Operations & Maintenance), Monitoring, Business Development, Finance, and Legal departments.
- Process Optimization: Drive initiatives for standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the asset management division.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Significant background in Asset Management, Project Management, or Operations – Mandatory.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a professional team – Mandatory.
- Partner Relations: Strong experience working with partners, vendors, and complex contracts – Significant Advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Income-Producing Real Estate – Advantage.
- Analytical Skills: High-level analytical capabilities with experience in financial and operational reporting.
- Professionalism: Independent, highly organized, and possesses a broad systemic vision ("Big Picture" thinking).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
