In Italy, Nofar operates through Sunprime, where it is a partial owner in Sunprime along with Noy Fund.

Founded in Milan in 2020, Sunprime is a fast-growing independent power producer and a vertically integrated operator. Sunprime is developing a pipeline of sustainable solar PV projects across Italy, focusing on commercial and industrial (C&I) segments, small scale ground-mounted PV plants, and energy storage.

As of today, Sunprime stands among the top operators in the DMFER and GSE tenders - with over 190 MW of projects that were awarded CfD tariff by GSE.

Sunprime’s project pipeline consists of 400 MW of PV projects, of which 60 are under construction and 200MW of projects are ready to build.
