In Italy, Nofar operates through SunPrime in partnership with Noy Fund.

Founded in Milan in 2020, Sunprime is a fast-growing Independent power producer and a vertically integrated operator.

Currently, the company is developing a pipeline of sustainable solar PV projects across Italy, focusing on commercial and industrial (C&I) segments, ground-mounted PV plants on industrial land, and energy storage.

As of today, Sunprime stands among the top operators in the DMFER and GSE tenders - with over 190 MW of projects that were awarded CfD tariff by GSE.

Sunprime’s project pipeline consists of 200MW of projects ready to build, of which 60 are under construction, and an additional 300MW is under development.
